Structural Description
The sheet is fully hot-dip galvanized andrust-resistant, with densely striped perforations on the surface and anintegrated bent U-shaped groove at the bottom. The U-slot is a supporting latchstructure that directly clips onto the drainage ditch/channel steel basewithout additional welding.
Four Core Uses
1. Car wash / 4S store gutter cover (mostcommonly used)
Ugrooves are stuck on both sides of thedrainage trench, and vehicles directly roll over them, causing drainage to leakinto the ditch; Galvanizing resists corrosion from car wash chemicals; mud andsand fall into the trough through the holes, making cleaning easy and capableof carrying large cars and SUVs.
2. Plant area / municipal drainage ditchesand sewer covers
Workshop pavement and park open-airdrainage ditches have U-shaped edges clipped to the edges of the trenchconcrete to prevent the cover plate from tipping over and sinking; Rainwaterand accumulated water are quickly discharged through holes into the undergroundpipeline network, replacing old cast iron manhole covers, which are cheaper andless likely to be stolen.
3. Equipment heat dissipation trays,electromechanical platform partitions
Bottom backing plates of factory machinetools and distribution cabinets: U-slots are overhead to create ventilationgaps, allowing equipment water and oil to flow through holes to the lower oilcollection tanks, while perforating for ventilation and heat dissipation toprevent equipment from being soaked in water and moisture.
4. Manure Leakage Flooring (Pigeon Loft /Chicken Coop)
Hot-dip galvanizing is anti-corrosion andmoisture-proof. Poultry manure leaks through holes into the lower U-shapedmanure collection tank, which serves as the support keel and separates wet anddry areas. It is mostly used in pigeon racing lofts and large-scale poultryfarms as ground partitions.
Function of the U-shaped slot
Limit fixation: U groove inverted clip clipped onto groove/channel steel, preventing displacement and edge lifting under vehicle rolling;
Overhead Hollow: U-shaped height creates a bottom void to ensure drainage, ventilation, and slag removal space;
Enhanced load-bearing: Bending the U-side improves the overall rigidity of the steel plate, allowing thin steel plates to withstand heavy loads without deformation.
